Biography

My parents came to the United States from American Samoa in the early 1980's. Although originally born in Daly City, CA, I grew up in the East Bay Area in the Oakland Area. I am a history Major at SFSU and live with my family in Berkeley. As far as choral music goes I am currently serving my 2nd year as the Music Director for the South San Francisco Samoan S.D.A. church (www.ssfsamoan.org). My hope is that this page will help to spread the gospel message through the unique style of Samoan Choral music, in the tradition from prolific composers such as Pouesi, Wendt, Manuma, Solomona, and many others who keep this great genre alive. God Bless You.
