Description: The piece is notated in F major. 4 voices of the 6 sing in canon. The Cantus (Soprano) and Quintus (Alto) sing a canon in a fifth, so Quintus is notated a fifth lower in B flat major, whereas the Altus (Mezzosoprano) and the Tenor also sings a canon in a fifth paraphrasing the plainchant melody. Here the Altus is notated a fifth higher, in C major.
