Description: Transcribed from the Trent manuscript tr87. The keys, notes' values, accidentals and colourings are as in the manuscript. The time signature is missing, the “tempus perfectum” has been assumed from the context. The Tenor is in canon with the Superius as is prescripted: “Motetus iste de se facit tenorem fugando tria tempora et accipiendo in diezeugmenon”. The notes' values within the "ligaturæ" are as follows: the left upstemmed notes are semibreves - the unstemmed notes are breves – te right downstemmed notes are longæ. The “musica ficta” suggestions are in the MIDI and MusicXML files.

vitando cacon varros ast expleor aleph;
non sum lugubra cenon ares quoque neuma
ammone crisim non delubra, sed fugo feron chata

ve loculus vere fartus digna bonitate
