Description: The sung words are in Latin, but there is an optional section in which a speaker may declaim the text in English taken from the Geneva Bible of 1560; the words from any other bible version or language could be substituted. Key: F major. For use as a grace for a service on St Peter's Day (29 June), or as an ending piece for a concert on that day, or for any other relevant purpose in connection with St Peter. The piece is intended to be matched with the fanfare (introit)Tu es Petrus.

Crescite vero in gratia, et in cognitione Domini nostri, et Salvatoris Iesu Christi. Ipsi gloria et nunc, et in diem æternitatis. Amen.
