Life

Born: 3 December 1775, Shirley, Massachusetts

Died: 1814, Union, New York

Biography

Hezekiah Moors was a farmer, surveyor, and composer. He married Lydia Page of Groton, Massachusetts in Groton on August 3, 1797. In 1809 he published Province Harmony, the source of all his compositions.
