Am I reading correctly that there have never been any modifications to this Request? And therefore was it marked as status pending by accident that it's been pending for a long time? | |
- I think it's fair to assume that a request marked as pending for more than 2 years without any update should be changed to "requested". Probably a mistake, or perhaps someone started on it then gave up or got distracted by other things. The other possibility is, of course, that it has been completed and uploaded but hasn't been updated.
