Biography

Bruno Siegfried Huhn was born in London, England, and studied piano and harmony. At age nineteen, he played at concerts at St. James Hall, England, and toured Spain, Italy, Egypt, India and Australia. He settled in New York City in his early twenties as an active teacher, conductor, pianist, organist, and composer. He was organist of the Plymouth Church, Brooklyn, and conducted numerous groups including the Orpheus Club, the Banks Glee Club, the Plymouth Institute Choral Club, and the Nylic Choral Society. His compositions include keyboard pieces, choral pieces, and songs.
