Omnipotent Lord,
Creator divine,
All-wondrous, supreme,
Thy Glories outshine.

Thy wisdom exceeds,
Thy might doth excel
All man can conceive
Or tongue ever tell.

When dangers begirt,
Or shadows obscure
The pathway of life,
Through Thee we endure.

The turmoil, the strife,
The tempest, the gloom,
Thy word can becalm,
Thy smile can relume.

With rapturous praise
Thy bounties we laud,
Great Father, Redeemer,
Spirit and God,

Imbue us with wisdom,
Protect us from sin,
Oh let our Hosannas
Triumphant begin!
