Italian text Rendete al SARACINI, Muse, nel vostro canto eterna lode e vanto! In lui senno e valore con somma cortesia fanno dolce armonia, pascendo l'alma ognor di ver onore. E quel che splend'in lui di bella a par del sole egli onora in altrui. Ond'il suo petto è un vaso di virtù rara e sole e la sua Casa altrui novo Parnaso.

English translation O Muses, in your song render to SARACINI eternal praise and glory! Within him wisdom and valor together with paramount courtesy make sweet harmony, nourishing his soul always with true honor. And with that which shines in him, as fair as the sun, he honors in others. Thus his breast is a vessel of virtue, rare and unique, and his House a new Parnassus for others.
